Sponsoring an animal

A selection of our animals are available for sponsorship and fostering. Click here to view some of them.

As we love and care for every animal who arrives at the rescue, we have a policy of never destroying a healthy animal. But, not all of them can be successfully rehomed. Sometimes, they are too elderly, or may have a behavioural problem, or illness that prevents them from being rehomed. That's when we decide to look for sponsorship.

Sponsorship means that:

• You choose an animal to help keep from our selection of long term residents
• You pay a set amount each month, or each year, towards the upkeep of the animal
• The animal continues to live at the rescue centre 

It's up to you how much you want to pay, and for how long. All donations are gratefully received for the upkeep of the animal you choose, and you can come and visit them by prior arrangement.

It's a great compromise if you love animals but are unable to keep one of your own. And it also helps us meet our financial commitments to the animals.
